I'm Dominykas, I'm 27 years old. Today, the second month of my practice began, and on that occasion, I created this month's pancake. When you see my pancake, you may want to call it "Visko po du" ('Everything double'). There are two kinds of tomatoes and olives, even cheeses - two kinds. You may have the idea that I'm eating for two but not! There are such hungry people that it needs to be shared.

And if the stomach is too big - be as active as me. After all, the activity helped me to come here to work here. I play in a Dutch-based "Color Orchestra" and my life brought me to another Dutchman Tim, who founded the Cafe "Pirmas Blynas", where I think it is more delicious than at home :) I invite you all to come here and taste my pancake, I'll be happy to welcome you here.

Pancakes

'You can basically do anything you want with a pancake, so be creative' is what we thought. That is why every one of our pancakes will surprise you when it's served. A pancake that looks like pizza? We've got it! A pancake that looks like Tagliatelle pasta? We've also got it! And they are huge!

Events

In 'Pirmas blynas' we host multiple events every month. Most of them are oriented towards an educational and socially conscious programs. Perhaps we can interest you in joining our language exchange event which we host every Saturday morning? Or maybe our science meetings or weekly live music on Fridays? Or maybe you are looking for a place to celebrate your birthday in the city centre? It is also possible to book our pancake restaurant in combination with a show in the VU planetarium.

Service

Our staff members are enthusiastic about their work, always serve with a smile and are proud to present and serve pancakes they've made. Nothing brings us more joy than to see our customers happy and enjoying their meal. We believe that our customer service is of the highest standard and that our disabilities do not disadvantage us in any way.

Deliveries

We do deliveries for those people, who would like to enjoy a warm pancake in their own office. We bring the pancakes, pancake heaters and toppings to your office, explain you how to use the machines so you can have a great lunch with all of your colleagues in your own office.
